Fuel Tank Semi-Trailer – Capacity 45,000 Liters

The fuel transport semi-trailer is manufactured according to Italian standards, complying with the specifications of Al-Brega Petroleum, as well as the designs and specifications of Calabrese, former partner of the National Trailer Company.

General Technical Specifications:

• Capacity: 45,000 liters of fuel.

• Total tank length: 13,000 mm.

• Width: 2,450 mm.

• Number of axles: Four axles.

Tank Components:

• The tank body is made of hot-rolled carbon steel sheet, type St-37, supplied by the Libyan Steel Company – Misrata, compliant with the chemical and mechanical properties of British standard 4360.

• The tank is divided into three compartments, each with a capacity of 15,000 liters, with a 500 mm diameter filling opening, sealed and allowing access to the compartment interior if needed.

• Each compartment has a 3-inch filling opening and a safety vent valve.

• Tank sheet thickness: 4 mm.

• Each compartment is equipped with baffle plates to reduce fuel dynamics during trailer movement.

• A non-slip walkway is installed on top to access the three filling openings.

• Rectangular metal frame along the top of the tank, height 150 mm, to prevent overflow during filling. It includes two rear openings connected to 22 mm pipes for excess fuel drainage.

• At the bottom of the tank, there are four drain valves located on the right side of the semi-trailer.

• Filling is done through the three top openings, and fuel unloading is performed via three valves in the valve box on the right side of the fuel tank semi-trailer.

• Filling openings, drain valves, and pipes are manufactured according to Al-Brega Petroleum specifications.

Chassis and Mounting:

• The tank is mounted on an ST-37 steel I-beam chassis, thickness 12 mm × 120 mm, with semi-circular welded bases to stabilize the tank.
