Raw Materials:

• The equipment is made of hot-rolled low-carbon steel sheets, type ST-37, supplied by the Libyan Iron and Steel Company in Misrata, meeting international chemical and mechanical standards.

• Each sheet is inspected before production to ensure it is free from defects that could affect product quality.

Lower Chassis:

• Made of 2 main I-beams and reinforced with cross members according to specifications.

Upper Chassis:

• Floor made of ST37 steel, 6 mm thick, reinforced with angled folds for body strengthening.

• Body sides: height 1600 mm, thickness 6 mm.

• Front cylinder installed at the front of the dump with a scissor mechanism to assist with lifting, unloading, and stabilizing the equipment.

Equipment Specifications:

• The dump semi-trailer operates with a hydraulic system for unidirectional rear unloading at a lifting angle of 52°, controlled from the cabin.

• Axles: 2, capacity 16 tons per axle.

• Hitch (manual handle), 3-inch undersized according to the kingpin.

• Tires: 8 mounted + 1 spare tire.

• Brakes: pneumatic or automatic, two-line system, compatible with the semi-trailer.
