Mobile Maintenance Workshop Mounted on Truck

The mobile maintenance workshop is used in various fields for different maintenance operations. It provides technical support for periodic maintenance and various repair works, thanks to the tools and equipment required for maintenance and repair activities.

The workshop is equipped with a power generator for electrical supply, an air compressor, lubrication and greasing equipment, a lifting hoist, assembly and disassembly tools, a workbench, shelves, welding and cutting equipment, and other tools that enable efficient operation at any site.

• Dimensions:

• Length: from 4.5 to 6 meters, depending on the truck length.

• Width: 2.5 meters.

• Height: 2.2 meters.

• Subframe:

The workshop container is mounted on the truck using a subframe suitable for the truck length.
It is manufactured from two (2) longitudinal C-section beams, reinforced with welded cross members, with welded mounting brackets to secure the subframe to the truck chassis.

• Workshop Container:

• Designed for heavy-duty applications in accordance with its operational requirements.

• Manufactured from ST-37 steel sheets, with internal structural reinforcements suitable for working conditions.

• The container floor is made of reinforced anti-slip wood, covered with reinforced aluminum sheet, and equipped with a water drainage system.

• Wide rear door composed of two leaves, operable from the inside and opening outward at an angle of 270°.

• Two (2) wide side doors, each composed of two leaves—one on the right side and one on the left side—opening outward and lockable from the outside.

• Side doors are equipped with access ladders made of galvanized steel.

• Electrical Power Supply:

• One (1) electrical distribution panel installed inside the container.

• Four (4) electrical outlets 220 V / 16 A.

• One (1) 380 V electrical outlet.

• General Accessories:

• Two (2) wheel chocks for the truck, placed behind the wheels during parking.

• One spare wheel for the truck.

• One spare wheel carrier.

• Two (2) rear mudguards with rubber flaps.

• One lockable truck toolbox.
